Feeling ******

I purchased two orthpedic pillows from the store, and was told that if I bought 2, I would qualify for the discount. After concluding my purchase, my husband and I proceeded to the design store next door. I noticed the exact same pillows selling for R200 less, and I immediately returned to the first store to enquire about the price and requested a refund so that I could purchase the pillows at the lower price. The lady at reception immediately ran to the store next door and pulled down the price from the wall. I was told that the price was incorrect and that price put up was a mistake. Nevertheless I requested a refund since I had just purchased the other 2 pillows just minutes ago. I was told that there was a no return policy. I feel ****** and it seems these guys do not adhere to the Consumer Protection Act, whereby a consumer has the right to a refund. The items were not even opened as they had been purchased just minutes before. Please be aware when dealing with these guys..

I am extremely annoyed and will report the matter to the National Consumer Commissioner if need be.

I do expect a refund of R200 for the price difference.
