I phoned there office on the following dates:

25 July 2022 13h55 - advising you waited for material. The material arrived and pillow is being covered as we speak and will be sent via courier on 25 July 2022. 27 July 2022 15h24 - advising the pillow will be sent the morning of the 28th as there was a problem with the courier. The courier companies name could not be supp**** as the lady explained you are using a private person to do all the deliveries. 28 July 2022 - I phones twice no calls are being answered 29 July 2022 - I phoned 4 times. Spoke to you advising you are going to the factory now and them advising the package will be collected by the courier in the afternoon. While speaking to me you informed me you are taking phones of the pillow and the courier companies details and sending it to me while you speaking to me - NOTHING WAS RECEIVED. 30 July 2022 - Phone twice no calls are being answered.

As a consumer I do a have right. I paid for a product and did not received it.

The Consumer protection Act define a consumer as any person to whom goods and services are marketed, who is a user of the supplier’s goods, enters into a transaction with the supplier or service provider of any services and products.

On 27 July 2022 I went to the Hello Peter site and then realized that this seems to be a problem for quite a few consumers. They are paying for products from your company and not receiving it or received a product of poor qualify without being given a option or a refund. No communication or calls being answered.
