Brian McKibbins not so helpful

On the 30 November I had to purchase a pair of crutches for my daughter whi was being discharged from hospital. Since I live in Pinetown and drive past Brian McKibbins orthopedic daily, I decided to purchase the crutches from there. After my purchase I rushed to the hospital, only to find that the hospital had already issued a pair of crutches to my daughter. On our way back from the hospital I stopped at Brian McKibbins and requested a return on the crutches. Natasha assisted me with the refund and advised that the money would reflect within 24hours. The next day I called Natasha and informed her that the money had not reflected in my account. Natasha requested another 24HRS since I have a different bank from her business. I gave them 48HRS and still no money had been refunded to me. I called Natasha again and expressed my concern and frustration regarding my money that is owed to me. Natasha then became angry and started yelling and telling me that this was not her fault that the money is not reflecting. Natasha said that the bank must investigate why the money is not reflecting. I even offered to go to the bank and check myself, all I needed was details from Natasha. Natasha could not assist, infact she was more rude and more annoyed that I was asking her for my money. I dropped the call as I could not get abused any further from Natasha. Please can the owner of this business call me and assist me in getting my R775 refund. Thank you, Bheki Mthombeni. ***
