Please be aware that this company is a ****. I have placed an order with them. The reference number I got to track this parcel never existed. After more than a month that I have been waiting they said my parcel got lost and wil refund me 35%. I told them I do not believe this and I am sure they are a **** this was their reply "Dear customer, We are not a ****, it was just an accident. This time our company decided to finally increase your refund rate to 40.5%. We have tried our best, please understand. Can we now arrange this refund for you directly to your payment card? Looking forward to your reply. Regards,Customer Service Department" They keep on asking me for my banking details not ones telling me they will locate my parcel or resend it. I know if I have to give my banking details they will definitely draw money out of my account.
