Ortho pedict supplies

I was in hospital for a full hip replacement. Hospital contact above company to provide me with a walker. There internal communications is incontinent and after sending email to the email address provided by them with payment still hazels with payment requests. 2nd will just no how can they ask you R1 225.83 for this product while the same product at Dis Chem only cost R794.95. There can be a difference maybe cause Dis Chem bigger company but nearly double!!!!! Sorry this make no sense what do ever.
