KetoVatru and Orolante Cleanse

This is a complaint - They quick to take your money but can not deliver. How can you deliver one product but not the other? This don't make sense now they telling me this: We sincerely apologize that you have not received your item.The product you have ordered has left our facility on 2020-01-21 and it may be in transist. Please check it once at your near by post office or customs office. Yes this is them spelling wrong -

KetoVatru total amount was deducted R1525.33

I did however received order number: *** – Orolante Cleanse and this was worth R1189.09
