Oroboros worst service

Worst barman experience ever.. when his attitude is brought to the managers attention was merely a **** and miss to the complaint about an employee, which had many complaints lined up before i even decided enough was enough. At one point he had also felt the need to go and run his fingers through my hair - when i moved back so that i could just fathom what he had done.. all he could do with his narcissist, egotistical smerk is wink at me. Where is there any professionalism in this?
