Product unusable

Earlier this year I bought the Intense body butter. I used it once briefly and left it for a few weeks before using it again. The surface was covered with fungal growth when I opened it. When I approached the owner she was extremely unsympathetic, blaming me for the problem, saying you have to use it daily. She refused to give me my money back. Clearly it contains no preservatives, so whenever you open the jar or put your fingers in you are contaminating the product. Therefore the reasoning to use it daily so that the fungal spores introduced from the air or your fingers don't have the time to establish and grow. It was such a bad experience especially as the owner was adamant that her product is perfect and natural even though I returned the jar to her so that she could see the problem. The only reason I brought it to her attention was to prevent future problems for her and her business, yet she was not prepared to listen to reason.
