Use anybody else, they do not deserve your business

Ordered 4 individual items for print on the 28th of October. After a week of zero communication I asked if it was ready for collection only to be told it would take another week. I asked for a refund because 2 week lead time on such a small order is ridiculous for how much they charge. Did not honour refund and instead rushed order to completion. When I came to collect the order could not be located, meaning I will have to return again at my own expense if they ever manage to find it.

Failed the most basic of stress tests in a pathetic manner. Seriously just do your homework and use a smaller printer that is not only half the price of this pretentious company but actually offers customer service ; and doesn't treat you like you are wasting their time. 0 stars.
