The missing 4

Good morning

I would like to find out how long the warranty on this device is?

It has now been over 4 months since I've been trying to get my unit checked out for a suspected fault.

I have been promised call backs, tracking numbers for collection and delivery as well as a loan unit, but needless to say, I'm still waiting.

If it possible to provide me with at least some form of customer service, we could perhaps try and get it sorted within the warranty claim period.

On previous call, I was told that none of the 4 people copied in this email saw it. Just to make sure you do receive it, I will post this email on Hellopeter, companies seem to reply to those quite promptly.
