Terrible service

Extremely disappointed with the service I received for an online purchase for a XQD card.I actually feel stupid for ordering these cards after the horrific service I received on a previous order I ordered and paid for a XQD card along with other items 4 months ago. I received the other items but did not receive the XQD in that order. I was told it would be delivered by the end of that month. When it failed to arrive at the end of that month I was told it would only arrive at the year end. I tried reaching out to orms but was totally ignored. then later received an email from Natalie who apologized and promised to send me an alternate item. It’s now over a moth since natalies promise and I have received nothing. I asked a friend to call orms (I am out of the country). She found them to be rude and curt and offered no apology whatsoever. In fact, they told her that I hadn’t paid for the SQD card. However I was promised a refund within 5 to 7 days. Flashback to a time before this order when I ordered a Nikon D500 and Nikkor 70-200. That order did not arrive for at least two full weeks from Cape Town to KZN. When we called orms they advised that the order had been delivered. ( I hadn’t received it). They later found out that it was delivered to a wrong address in cape town and was recalled. FYI I live in KZN. When the camera was eventually delivered to my address, it was handed over to our employee on the property. The courier company made zero contact with me nor did they ask for me to sign on a delivery note. Iv since purchased equipment from other camera businesses and have received the best service ever. I currently await my refund. Order no: #***
