Pathetic customer service

Orms has sent me an email saying my order is dispatched and will be delivered, this was on Saturday. I’ve received an email yesterday saying please sign for order delivered. I called Orms to query this and a lady said she will get back to me and didn’t, I then received an sms saying my order could not be delivered as I was not reachable, which is not true, I did not receive a call. I called the courier service who said my order will be delivered yesterday but yet I did not receive anything. I called again this morning and the courier company just said they apologize and could not confirm when my order will be delivered. This is pathetic customer service and are we really treating the customer fairly. My reference number is RMS5913.
