ORMS is starting to go backwards

A series of things happened with them. 1. I booked a tripod that was op special and showing in stock, the browser did not let me book it and I phoned and emailed them to confirm that I want to buy the tripod. The next day I phoned to find out where the invoice is just to be told they sold the tripod and don't have any stock left.

2. I then still ordered and paid for the sound equipment. After 10 days it still has not been shipped out to me (they say they again have no stock) and I urgently need it for business reasons. I am flying out of the country soon for Filming work and they still can't tell me when the equipment will arrive.

Do not use them. They had a great reputation in the past but time after time I find that the other cheaper places have better after service (the reason I always bought with ORMS was because of service - definitely not the price)
