ORMS Courier Partner "ARAMEX" *****

Hi,

Conclusion : "Avoid Delivery from ORMS if you want to buy go buy it from Store" Alternative for ORMS : "CameraWareHouse", "Kameraz" Want to share my experience so that others are informed. I had ordered a used Gear which was never delivered but was updated in the system as delivered. They use an external courier service provider "aramex" who forged my signature to update the item to be delivered. The consultant from ARAMEX came up with new story every time they gave explanation 1. They called me and i asked to put infront of door, while the truth is i am working from home for past 9 months. 2. They following COVID regulations so dropping the parcel just at door. 3. They delivered parcel to Noora, God only know who she is.

After around 15 emails going up and down between my self and ORMS team i asked to refund they obliged it immediately.
