Not responding to my return email.
I bought a used 5D canon camera and on receiving I find out that the camera is faulty and I told them about it on the 12/08/2023 and they told me they’ve sent courier to collect it but today is the 24/08/2023 and no courier and now they are not responding on my emails and I had told them on Monday that I need this issue resolved ASAP because I have a gig this Saturday and today is Thursday but it looks like they don’t care.
