Lousy service

<p>I've bought hundreds of thousands of Rand worth of photographic equipment from this company over the years. In recent times I've found they takes days to respond to email queries and whenever I try and order something they dont have stock. I paid for express delivery for two online orders I placed recently and both times they have then come back to me saying they have no stock. Disappointing. Eventually bought my Nikon D5 fromOutdoorphoto and will deal with them in future. Orms is very disappointing and their tardy response to what was a very good customer has resulted in them losing my business to one of their competitors. Unprofessional and have no idea how to look after a good customer....</p>
