Review for Orms, Cape Town Roeland Square: The professionalism of ORMS and the attention to their clients needs must be mentioned in this review.

I own a zoom microphone unit that had stopped working. I took it to ORMS for them to handle the repairs, because they are distributors of the brand. They sent it on my behalf to the Zoom Technical Head Office and after 4 months of waiting, the device arrived back at ORMS. However, there were no signs of the proposed repairs to the motherboard.

I took it back to ORMS, who was immediately on the side of the client, offering a full refund of the repair that was paid in advance. They also sent the unit back to the Zoom HO.

In less than a week they called to inform me that the unit was ready for collection. To my surprise, ORMS supp**** me with a brand-new unit, plus the option of a full refund. The fact of they still considered a monetary refund in addition to a brand new device, indicates a highly ethical and professional customer care approach.

The visible face of ORMS was Joane, but I am sure that it was more people involved, so thank you so much to all of the ORMS team and especially Joane for the patience and the fluid communication.
