Great service

I purchased a Monopod Selfie stick on the 27/12/14. Unfortunately I fell ill and only ended up using it on my trip in April. Unfortunately the stick was faulty and I wasn't able to take a photo with it. I mailed ORMS and explained to them that it costed R369 and I purchased it from them because they are are renowned company. They suggested that I bring it in for a swap but informed them that I'm from Durban. Stephen then told me that he would send a replacement. I'm really pleased with this service as 4 months have passed but they took my plea into consideration. Thank you.
