Great customer service from Orms

We have been purchasing cameras and equipment from Orms in Bellville for many years and have never had any issues with our purchases.

We then purchased a Portrait Kit camera for my daughter, essentially to use for her planned travels. She hadn’t used it much in the months preceding her travels and on her first trip in 2019 uncharacteristically the camera started giving strange error messages.

We took it back to Orms; they sent the camera away for inspection and after a while advised that they would be providing a replacement camera. As my daughter was also due to leave for her next trip they ensured that we received the replacement before she left.

During this whole process we received exceptional customer service and friendly interactions. Thank you ORMS for making the experience as painless as possible.
