Don't buy from Orms. They're going to take your money but not have stock of the item you bought

Yesterday I ordered an Ecoflow battery and the site allowed me to add it to my cart and pay for it, with a delivery within 1-4 days. Today I get an email saying they not only don't have it but neither does the supplier. No suggestion of a refund... Just an email to say that they will deliver it when the supplier gets stock... whenever that is... This is false advertising and I'm strongly considering lodging a formal complaint with the ASA, unless this is resolved in the next 48 hrs.... Doubt I will trust them again. Didn't expect this from a well known company.
