Disappointing Service!

I am so disappointed in the service and customer care. How can it take more than a week to package and dispatch an order?? On top of that they tell lies when you phone them. I phoned and they said it will be delivered within two days. After the two days I had to phone again just to find out my order is still being packaged! Seriously!! I had to cancel my order because time ran out so I had to make a plan. I don't recommend anyone to use Orms Direct.
