Best customer service ever...and really friendly staff!

<p>I found myself in a bit of a jam recently when a special photo order from another company didn't arrive in the time promised. I needed the specialized item for an important event the very next day. I only went to Orms on the insistence of my husband but I wasn't very optimistic. I had basically given up as it would be asking a lot to have such a product completed in 24 hours. But I went in and explained the situation to Jemimah who then put me in touch with Zane. To my utmost delight (and disbelief), Zane said he would make it happen for me. It took over 5 hours to finalize the order in the shop and Jemimah was always there to assist me when I needed help. The item was completed in plenty of time for the event the next day and it was beautiful!! I want to thank Jemimah and Zane for such friendly and excellent customer service and for making individual customers feel really special. Such service is very rare these days, please keep it up!!!</p>
