Cutting electricity *******ly and refusing to provide necessary documentation.

So I need answers about electricity being cut without a court order and being forced to sign an acknowledgement of debt before reconnecting electricity. My meter is blocked and the screenshot says I should contact the service provider meter mate which I end up doing only to be told to contact my managing agent , however I don't understand why am I asking for solutions from the managing agent if he isn't employed by meter mate why is this access of blocking meters given to an individual not employed through them also why is electricity being cut if it's a prepaid Meter also blocked with no communication from the company. They refusing to assist me I will be pushed from pillar to post yet we are aware the trustees took it upon themselves to cut electricity *******ly since they have so much power to do so . I want to know now from the managing agent why my electricity was cut since the housing agents Whitfield's said it was the trustees the meter company has no answers and reffered me to the managing agent so can I get answers or proof that you went to court and got a legal notice to cut the electricity for non payment of levies something that isn't part of your levies make this make sense to me . I want my meter unblocked if there isn't any documentation making this legal . I think as a whole we should start a class action lawsuit against the body corporate. The abuse of power here is something even the government should be scared of if they can do this ********* practices imagine what is really happening behind closed doors . I've got a noise complaint for 5 years they've done nothing about it but have the audacity to cut services I don't pay them for I want answers and proof that everything done is legal .
