In May this year I took my car for service at Ormonde Car Care Clinic for service. There was funny sound and they diagnosed “ Timing chain. Insurance wanted them to strip and quote. That took them over a week to do. Every time I phoned they promised that I will get feedback before end of day it never happened for a week. I had to send my son who found that they haven’t started with ny car. •Four weeks later the car was ready for collection, i send my car on a Friday as I was on duty. On Saturday I could hear a hizzing sound like air coming scaping, I took the car the then manager Nico test drived the car with me a said there was nothing, I could still hear the sound though, so like that I was dismissed. A week later the sound became worse I went back and they said it was some air leaking from the casket of the gear box as they had put an old one Why I still don’t understand. •2 weeks later there was a lot of smoke coming from my engine, phoned them back and once more repaired. • One and half month later the car had a strange sound and fibration took the car back they said it was shock absorbers but I became suspicious when I saw their glances to each other. I therefore took the car for second opinion, the second company found multiple errors/faults they have done on the car: 1.Circlip on shaft loose. 2. Plate touching steering, not secured 3.Bolt on drive shaft missing. I have pictures of all above faults. Last week the car started steaming. Send it to the mechanic, it was found that the water pipe of the radiator was not properly fixed so probably as the car was getting into pot holes/humps it kept on slipping out more. After the first occurrence I spoke to the the manager Nico who ignored me. I have recently spoken to the current manager Dhiren who also dismissed. I actually think that Ormonde Car Care Clinic should be liable for the costs of this repairs that was caused by the negligence of their employees. 1. R2100 first repair 2. R1380 second repair
