Unfriendly staff, ****, you name it. The view is incredible though!

Went to the towers for the first time, on a public holiday & had an unpleasant experience. Mainly with the staff. I was jumping alone & after rushing & pressuring me to just jump, I asked if I could go back to compose myself and speak to my boyfriend (who wasn't jumping but was up there with me) because I didn't feel comfortable. I still wanted to jump though, I just wanted a minute to take it all in. For R550 for a jump, surely I can take a minute without them rushing me but no. They then unhooked me and would not allow me to go back to complete my jump. Of course, there are no refunds there. It felt like a ****, they made an easy 550, closed up and went about their business drinking our money away. Happy day of reconciliation ?? this is the service you can expect at this place.
