Manager cancels jump based on employees’ feelings

What a horrible experience!!!! The admin staff Is rude and unprofessional. We were called from the top of the tower by the manager because his staff was unhappy with us. They gave us attitude and subpar service but our jump was cancelled. The manager is *********** and handles issues based on feelings. I’m not sure if this is an April Fool’s joke in November or what. But the customer service at Orlando Towers is terrible, horrific and is just plain disgusting. I strongly DON’T recommend this place
