Bad Service at KFC and it is not the first time.

What a bad experience I had with KFC today, I have tolorated the brunch for to Long that today I had to come write about my experience on the platform. I always go to that brunch and always getting bad service but today was the worst, I got to KFC Drive through I Order Streetwise Pap and Streetwise chips the cashier says prices have gone up due to the fact that they also add a cold drink weather you like it or not I was than confused because I bought the meal during the day from a different store and was not told that, as I told her that I bought the meal she than says please hold on for me I do that she comes back and says her till is not working properly we should walk in and go buy, 2 minutes later a car drove into the drive thru and was assisted. What irritated me the most is the fact that when I go to the till I ask the lady just laughs at me and not explaining anything I couldn't even get to talk to manager because the whole stuff seem to be joking around. I have a video as proof. KFC your prompt attention on this matter will be highly appreciated.
