Worst online store ever!!!

I regret not reading reviews before placing an order! I placed an order on 2 February 2025. 10 February I was told all orders should be shipped by Friday 15 February. Friday 14 February I called and was told my order is packed and awaiting collection by courier company. I explained this is a birthday gift and should be delivered by Wednesday 19 February, I was guaranteed that the order would be in my posession the past weekend. Today, no calls were going through and no emails are ever responded to. For such a big organisation, the service is appalling.
