Unsatisfactory service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from such a well-established brand. I placed an order on 30 July 2026, but unfortunately had to return the item as the size was too small. To date, I am still waiting for my refund.

As a regular online shopper, I have never experienced such a lengthy delay in receiving a refund. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication despite several emails sent to them. There is no direct contact number available either, which makes it extremely difficult to follow up and get assistance.

I honestly don’t think I will purchase from them again. For a brand of this size, I expected a much better level of customer service and communication.
