Unprofessional customer/supporter care by big institution

Being a staunch suppoter of the club, I bought the new jersey on the date it was released(24th July), but I'm ashamed and frustrated to say that I still haven't received my ordered. My calls, emails and social media messages have gone ignored or just flatunanswred. This is my order number #55568. To add salt to injury my friends who got theirs much water than the stated launching date, are now wearing theirs to the games😡😤
