The worst online shop ever!!! Run!

The worst experience ever with this shop. I have been calling everyday for my refund they don't answer their calls or even their emails.

So before the Soweto Derby, I went to the shop on the 22 Jan 2025 to print my t-shirt. I paid and the assistant assured that he will communicate and I will get the t-shirt before the Derby. On the week of the derby I had to call so that I can get the update but I found out that the t-shirt hasn't been printed yet which I understood because is the week of the Derby and I collected it.

On the 15 February 2025, I went to the shop since I was off work around 11 to find out if I can get the t-shirt printed or get a refund. The guards said the gates will be opened around 12:00 fine I waited till 12:00 then out of nowhere they wanted bribe money so that I can enter the shop which is unprofessional by the way. I am very unhappy and I want my refund, it's been 3 months already but still nothing
