Terrible service

I ordered a t-shirt online. I called the number listed on the invoice the day after, it took ages to get through as though someone was constantly on the phone. When the person answered after an hour they said they would have my package collected and it would be delivered the next day. That obviously did not happen. I have been trying for 2 hours this morning to get hold of them and absolutely nothing. Please don’t waste your time on this site, rather go instore.
