Terrible customer service

They confirmed via email the size of the item I requested to have adjusted before delivery, And they confirmed delivery date. That date came and went so I enquired into my order because nothing was received. Got a new delivery date but the item they eventually sent was the wrong size. I email, get no response. And when I call nothing happens after the conversation with the people I speak too. I get told they'll call me back. Nothing. I request for the correct size, they want me to return the current item but won't confirm if they'll send someone to collect because I refuse to pay to have it returned when I wasn't the one who is in error. Very disappointed with their service over all. The item is great though but doesn't help if they sent the wrong size and it can't be used. 😔
