I made a purchase on the 11th of May, and after that, it took more than a week trying to get hold of the store via email and numerous phone calls to enquire about the delay of my parcel. but still, I had no feedback. I gave my efforts and got your employee's phone number, from there that's when received an email on the 19th of May stating that one of the items I bought were out of stock, as a result I had to decide whether I choose an item that's in stock of the same price or get a refund. I decided to get a refund and submitted my bank account details via email on the same day. A week went by, and I did not get my money. On Monday the 26th, after many call attempts, finally, it got picked by a lady named Lerato. She promised me that by the end of the week, I would get my money, of which she ****. Orlando Pirates Shop, should you not pay back my R519.60 now, I'll involve relevant entities to this matter.
