Poor Service (Orlando Pirates Shop)

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received from the Orlando Pirates Shop. On the 25th of July 2025, I purchased two T-shirts online and made payment. However, when I track my order, the system still reflects “payment pending,” despite the payment having gone through.

In an effort to resolve the matter, I went to the physical store, only to be told that they cannot track online orders from their side. This left me with no assistance at all. To make matters worse, the store and online support don't check emails and they are not answering calls which makes it impossible for customers to get help.

This level of service is unacceptable for a reputable brand. I urge Orlando Pirates Shop to urgently improve their customer service, communication channels and efficiency in handling online orders.
