Orlando Pirates Shop

I am disappointed with the customer service of the Orlando Pirates Shop. Having bought 3 jerseys for me and my family, I wanted to exchange the 2 Small Ladies jerseys to medium size, I followed their instructions on what steps to take and I sent an email on 13/08/25 with a follow up email on 19/08/25 without any response till date (01/09/25) and calls are not answered. The shop *********** employees are tarnishing the Orlando Pirates brand. I will never make any purchases from their online platform.
