Orlando Pirates

I recently purchased two items for my birthday, but the order status still shows "In Process." I visited the Orlando shop at Orlando Stadium in Soweto to follow up, only to find that the store has been closed for weeks. This is completely unacceptable, and I now regret making this purchase.

Attempts to contact the store have been unsuccessful calls are either unanswered or go straight to voicemail, with no communication or explanation provided.
