Incorrect order and *********** staff

For such a big brand I'm disappointed with the service and also the duration it takes for one to receive their online purchases the worst ever. Imagine ordering on the 12th Jan with the order picked up on the 17th Jan, ontop of that you received incorrect sizes and items. NEVER AGAIN. send the courier company to pick up your items at your expense I'm not going to pay for the negligence of *********** people. Are you guys picking apparels with your eyes closed there? Really this is not on.
