Appalling service

A jersey was purchased on the 11th of September and no feedback was provided till date. Order online still states processing. Emails were sent and were not answered. Yesterday after days of calling my phone was finally answered. And I am told that the printing machine broke after it was fixed some letters and numbers to print ran out. Please contact and dispatch my order unprinted if providing service and feedback is not your priority
