Horrible service

Im at Orlando clinic the service is horrible and some we've been waiting for 3 hours to be attended to no one to allocate us this is the worst ... clearly someone can die while waiting for service...is this really what people must face yet there are people getting paid to assist us as community members...we have every right to utilise these services
