they don't appreciate

I went to Orlando Children's Home to give clothes to the children there. I got there same time with the lady in charge. I greeted and she just mumbled. I had six big plastic bags full of clothes and shoes. She didn't offer to help me off load them from the car or ask someone to come and assist me, she just left me like that and went to the office. I heard them talking from the reception they were not bothered with the clothes I've brought. I just put those clothes there on the floor and left. On my way out some guy stopped me saying I need to sign for the clothes. I asked him why didn't anyone come and help me whereas the lady who runs this place saw me carrying these plastic bags alone and didn't even ask you to come and help. I normally take my old clothes there because it's nearer to where I stay but I always get bad attitude. It just got worse when the person in chargealso has the same attitude. It's like they don't appreciate the little that the community is trying to do. I've heard so many bad stories about the person in charge but I just told myself I'm doing it for those kids.
