COD Bill higer than quoted

I ordered an Engine (Ford Sierra V6) from Orion. After several correspondences with Morne Roos, i decided to buy it. He responded on my email, from [URL Removed] website.<br> <br> Since they do not deliver parts, i had to arrange courier services to my area. He offered to arrange couriers, and we both agreed that i would take the cheaper option. After the three quotes from Time Freight came (JOhanessburg, Cape Town and Alexanderbaai, with about R480, R580 and R758 respectively), i chose Alexanderbaai because it is closer. He have put the engine at 20kg on the quote. The real weight was 220kg.<br> <br> When the engine finally arrived, the bill was a whooping R2500. And this is not what i had agreed upon. Should he have put on the right weight on the request, i would have chosen somewhere else to buy, or made other altrenative arrangements.<br> <br> Really dissapointed :(<br> <br> They have my details
