THIS IS THE WORST COMMERCIAL LANDLORD

We have 3 year contract with Orion Group from 2016, and their office building is right next door to ours as well, including the maintenance division. Since we moved into this building, which is quite an old building, we have had numerous problems with conditions of building and all things that need fixing, no matter how many times we send them email, call them or walk into their offices to complain. they always respond positively but nothing happens afterwards. the worst we're going through right now is problems with aircons that aren't working at all. we have been reporting this since October 2016. our offices have no windows, as our section in between other two tenants. the discomfort we go through is unbearable, we suffocate and get tired within 4 hours of being at work due to heat and bad circulation of air. they come and talk and promise something and nothing happens thereafter. when lights bulbs are burnt out, it also takes them numerous times of complaints by us before they can replace. the powering building trips every month, water cuts off almost every week, sometimes twice a week. our telkom cables get ****** because building is not properly secured. i am now thinking of involving legal experts to assist with mismanagement of our offices we pay for, without fail. we do our part, but they never MANAGE property as their duty requires. they even charge monthly operation costs that should taking care of maintenance but that money clearly is misused. i am so sick and tired of dealing with these care less individuals.
