USELESS! NO CLIENT ETHICS

I placed an order for ten invoice books with them on 12th March 2015 with the understanding that it would take seven days to process.<br> Almost three weeks has gone past and still waiting on proofs to be finalized. Apparently the lady that works with the 'artwork program' is off ill and no-one else can work the program - even the owner/boss ANTON. REALLY NOW???!<br> Worst part was when i phoned him - Anton - this morning, he says to me 'LISTEN HERE.... I DON'T MAKE THE EMPLOYMENT RULES! She's pregnant and according to employment rules in this country she can take off as much time as she likes!\ When i asked him why there is no-one else that can do the proofs he put the phone down. <br> Why take on more work if you cant handle it??<br> BEWARE WHEN USING THEM. YOU WONT GET YOUR WORK ON TIME!!"
