Worst service ever

<p>I have been expecting a parkage that was couriered to me on Monday 10Oct2016 from polokwane and was sent for overnight as it was urgent .it has been with Orion Logistics since the 11th Oct 2016 at 02h00. According to postnet parcel tracker. when I called them today on ********** 001 they told me the parcel is still with them and they don't know why it was not sent the latest date to send it being the 13-10-2016.</p> <p>They told me they wil l try to make arrangements for it to be sent tomorrow because they don't deliver on weekends so I'm gona wait another day long after waiting at home like I did for the past 4days.I couldn't even go out to the shops in case they came to deliver.They didn't even apologise for the delay all the consultant could Tell me was that he doesn't do deliveries so I should lash out to him.</p>
