What a marvelous Service

I made a booking with the Magoebaskloof Hotel and I was assisted by Caroline. She is very humble, Attention to details and her customer service exceeded my expectation. Our room was filled with flowers that made a LOVE pattern and we had welcome goodies as well. it was neat and well prepared. To top it all, The Sunday's surprise that the hotel had for my husband, took us by surprise for real. A hotel that makes a special cake for their guest on their birthday wow.

I was overwhelmed and my husdband loved the surprise. Well done Magoebaskloof Hotel, Moreover well done to Caroline who was very attentive and paying attention to small details that melted our hearts.
