Very dirty hotel rooms

This hotel is just *******. I waited until 8pm to get my room and to my surprise, the room was not even clean by then. The sheets were dirty and the there were no pillow cases. I notified the reception but they said they will come later to clean and bring clean sheets. I couldn't sleep till 10pm waiting for housekeeping which never arrived. The shower was very filthy I didn't even want to set my foot in. I'm really frustrated and very disappointed by the standard of this hotel and I will never recommend anyone to go there even on my worst stranded day I will never
