Velmore Hotel & Spa (Part of the Orion Hotels) South Africa

My husband and I booked for the long weekend on Friday, 24 April at the Velmore Hotel Estate & Spa.

Sent e-mail on 13 May regarding listing of complaints: - Glass chipped in room - Plug in Bath in room not working - TV when on had lines and sound terrible. - No vegetarian or vegan meals available. - No one to seat us for dinner on 24/4/18. No waiters on duty as they were all at the wedding function. Had Trainees. - Wedding party the whole night of the 24/25 April, slamming of doors, laughing, shouting, moving furniture. Could not get hold of anyone in reception to complain about noise. - on 25/4/18, we left room at 10h00. Came back at 16h15 to find room had not been made up. - Spoke to Manager to ask him to get me the CEO and he said he cant. Eventually upgraded us to new room. On 14 May received call from Hennie Mafvelb who offered me to go back there with a Spa treatment, which I politely declined. He said he would get back to me. Sent another e-mail on Friday, 25 May, to date I have received no response. I am really very angry with the Orion Group of Hotels and would definetely not recommend anyone going to them with this kind of shoddy treatment!!!
