Traumatised by Orion staff

Was a guest at the Orion hotel in rustenburg. I had the worst and most traumatizing experience of my life. Some peadofile who is a staff member alleged name (Eddie) at the hotel wanted to come into our room claiming maintenance issues when we advised we didn't request for maintenance at 9:50pm in the evening he threatened to come in saying he will go fetch the key to our room. I did not like the way the on duty staff handled the situation the guy was watching us as ladies and even tried to push his way in the door asking how many we are in the room. The on duty staff claimed the guy was not on duty and did not know why he was there he was not even wearing the hotel uniform to indicate he is on duty. The guy was a potential ****** trying his luck. We had to go pack our bags and get out of that place at 10h15 in the evening and drove home with kids at that time of the night. The guy was at the gate when we left and not escorted out as we were told. My cousin was even slapped by a security guard at the gate when we're we leaving the place. 2 ladies and 2 15 year old girls a 5 year old boy and a 4 year old girl imagine the trauma of the kids from such an experience. I was enjoying my stay at the establishment until the incident I am very disappointed in the and I will never again visit that place had to leave in the middle of the night with kids unprepared. I'm still traumatised I could not dare sleep there. Driving to back to Pretoria was si traumatic and I will never forget the incident in my life.
