ORION RUSTENBURG IS BADLY MANAGED

I didn't enjoy my stay in Orion Rustenburg, the surrounding is so filthy, the garden is very dirty. No adequate lighting at night and there's a lot of trees, and it's build in the forests on the outskirts. Chances of tripping on reptiles is very high. I don't even want to mention the attitude of the receptionist, she's not willing to assist at all. When you request something it's like you are bothering her. It's a hustle to lock the doors to our rooms. Housekeeping is a disaster I had to send back a very dirty pillow luckily it was not covered yet. Otherwise I could have slept on someone else's dirt. The couches in the rooms are full of dust. The swimming pool looks like it was cleaned decades ago. They rent out fridges, there are no phones in the rooms. What will happen in cases of emergency. There is no variety with regards to food choices. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
